Millions of Brits who receive benefits will see a change in how much they are given as the rates, which are linked to inflation, have risen by 3.8% this month. The rates are reviewed annually by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with new rates for 2026/27 announced.

From today, Monday, April 6, 2026, millions of Brits with disabilities and health issues will see the amount of financial aid they receive rise in line with the annual increase in the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) inflation rate for September 2025. You can find the new rates below.
